Features and Benefits

  • Negative side application is possible.
  • Deep penetration into very small cracks.
  • Foam increases in volume to fill cavities and voids.
  • Excellent bond to surfaces.
  • Good adhesive strength, tolerant of movement.
  • Constant volume, no shrinkage.

Application InstructionsSurface Preparation

Check crack area and clean the surface with a wire brush or grinder.

Drill Holes

Drill holes near cracks using a hammer drill at a 45° angle from the surface to prevent packers from penetrating through the crack.
Position holes in a zigzag pattern, with each hole separated by a gap of 15-20cm.

Insert Packers

Insert packers into the drilled holes and fasten tightly using a T-wrench.

Pour PU Foam 20 C

Pour PU Foam 20 C into a plastic bottle.
Mix with the Accelerates

Connect Coupler

Connect the grease coupler with the installed packer, starting at a low area and moving to the upper area (down-up).

Inject PU Resin

Inject PU resin into the hole, starting with low pressure and gradually increasing. Stop injection when PU resin flows out from the cracks and move to another packer to repeat the process.

Remove Packers

After injection, remove packers using a hammer. Clean the surface with a scraper or grinder, and if needed, coat with sealing materials. Damaged areas can be sealed with polymer modified mortar using Repair Polymer.

Clean the Machine

After injection grouting, clean the machine properly using xylene thinner. Pour the thinner into the jar of the grouting machine and follow the cleaning procedure.

Precautions

Close the cap after use to avoid moisture exposure.
Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles while working.
In case of skin contact, rinse with water and soap for several minutes.
In case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Limitations

Do not use Hydro Plug 70 when the temperature is below 1°C and falling. Consult the local Carbolink office if there are any doubts about application or substrate conditions.
