Uses
- Line marking on PUR-based synthetic sports surfaces
- Suitable for outdoor coatings and sports flooring systems
- Ideal for marking courts, tracks, and zones on Carbolink polyurethane sports floors
- Provides long-lasting lines for multisport outdoor areas, including tennis courts, basketball courts, athletics tracks, and general play zones
Application
- Mix Component A and Component B thoroughly using a slow-rotating mixer (300 rpm) for at least 2 minutes until streak-free.
- Apply the mixed paint using a line marking machine, roller, or brush.
- Ensure the substrate temperature remains between 15°C and 25°C for optimal application.
- Allow the paint to dry as follows:
- Dust Dry: ~10 minutes
- Touch Dry: ~30 minutes
- Ready for Foot Traffic: ~12 hours
- Fully Cured: ~5 days
- Protect freshly applied paint from water for at least 16 hours at 15°C to prevent whitening or foaming.
- Clean tools immediately after use with Cleaner 40 or butyl acetate. Avoid water or alcohol-based solvents.
