Application GuidelinesSurface Preparation
• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants.
• For best adhesion, the surface should be mechanically cleaned or pressure washed before application.
Mixing Instructions
• Thoroughly mix the Base Component with the Curing Agent in the specified ratio (100:1.5 by weight).
• Mix for at least 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous blend is achieved.
• Use immediately after mixing to prevent premature curing.
Application Process
• Apply using a spray machine, roller, or brush, depending on project requirements.
• Ensure uniform coverage by applying an even coat across the designated area.
• For enhanced reflectivity, sprinkle glass beads onto the wet coating immediately after application.
• Apply multiple coats if required, allowing each coat to set before reapplying.
Curing Time
• Allow 15 – 30 minutes for curing before opening the area to traffic.
• Full curing may depend on ambient temperature and humidity levels.
Storage and Handling
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and respiratory masks, while handling the product.
• Ensure proper ventilation in the application area to avoid inhalation of fumes.
• Avoid skin and eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and do not induce vomiting.
