Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of any contaminants, such as dust, oil, or debris, that could affect adhesion. Old road markings can remain in place, but any loose or flaking material should be removed to ensure a smooth and even application.
Mixing and Application
1. Mixing: Ensure the RM 31 P is thoroughly mixed before application to achieve a uniform consistency.
2.Application: Apply the paint using a suitable spraying machine, ensuring even coverage across the entire surface. For best results,apply one coat with a wet film thickness of 300 to 350 μm.
3.Drying: Allow the surface to dry for 10 minutes before exposure to light traffic, and a full 45 minutes for complete curing
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with an appropriate solvent. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store RM 31 P in its original, sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The product has a shelf life of one year, though it may be extended upon inspection and validation.
