Application
Clean the surface thoroughly and remove all foreign material, including oil and grease.
Remove laitance with a wire brush.
Ensure all peeled-off or flaked paint is removed from previously painted surfaces.
Dust down the entire surface.
Dilute Prime AC 31 B with fresh water at a ratio of 1:1.
Apply a uniform coat of Prime AC 31 B with a brush, roller, or by spraying.
Do not apply Prime AC 31 B when humidity is over 95% or when ambient temperature is not above 3°C of dew point.
