Three Component Epoxy Mortar

CLI N 18 Mortar is a robust three-component system that includes an epoxy resin, hardener, and selected graded filler. This system is formulated to be tough and resilient, offering superior performance compared to traditional concrete. It is designed for floor repairs or resurfacing applications and is a 100% solid, solvent-free system. CLI N 18 Mortar can be applied at a thickness of 5-10 mm and conforms to ASTM C-881-90 Type II & IV, Grade 1, Class B & C standards.

Application Methodology

Ensure the concrete surface is at least 28 days old.
The surface must be sound, clean, and free from dust, laitance, and other contaminants.
Remove any oil, grease, or similar substances by acid etching or burning, and allow the surface to dry.
Prime the textured surface with a suitable primer using a brush or roller.
Mix Component B (Hardener) into Component A (Resin) thoroughly using a drill mixer fitted with a suitable paddle until a homogeneous mix is achieved. After mixing, add Component C (Filler) and continue mixing for an additional 2 minutes or until all aggregate pieces are completely coated with the epoxy.
Apply the mortar immediately to the prepared surface.
