Uses
- Wear and resurfacing coat for cycle tracks, bike lanes, and pedestrian pathways
- Suitable for outdoor traffic and recreational sports surfaces
- Application on concrete and asphalt substrates
- Ideal for urban pathways, jogging tracks, and sports courts requiring high abrasion resistance
- Designed for high-wear, UV-exposed outdoor flooring systems
- Can be used as primer, intermediate, and topcoat in Eco Track systems
Advantages
High Abrasion & Wear Resistance
Engineered to withstand heavy pedestrian and cycle traffic with excellent abrasion resistance (100 mg).
Excellent Weather & UV Stability
Maintains color, performance, and surface integrity under harsh sunlight and outdoor climatic conditions.
Strong Adhesion & Mechanical Strength
Delivers superior bonding to concrete and asphalt with high tensile strength and adhesion.
Hybrid Epoxy Technology
Combines the durability of epoxy with the flexibility and weatherability of acrylic systems.
Slip-Resistant & Traction-Friendly
Provides safe traction performance for cycle tracks and pedestrian movement.
Multiple Application Methods
Can be applied using roller, brush, squeegee, or spray, making it versatile for site conditions.
Application
Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and load-bearing
Remove dust, laitance, grease, oil, curing compounds, and loose particles
Repair cracks and surface defects before coating
Ensure substrate temperature is between 10–25°C
Primer Application
Eco Track 19P can be used as a primer after 20% dilution with water
Apply uniformly and allow proper drying before subsequent coats
Intermediate & Topcoat Application
Apply 2 coats of Eco Track 19P as intermediate layers
Apply 1 coat of Eco Track 19P as topcoat
Maintain 6–8 hours minimum recoat interval depending on temperature and humidity
Final Protection
Finish with UV-Resistant PU Coat – Carbolink PU RWB (2K) for enhanced durability and color retention
Drying & Curing
Touch Dry: 1–2 hours
Hard Dry: 2–6 hours
Full Cure: ~72 hours
Protect from rain and moisture during curing
