Application Instructions
- Surface Cleaning: Ensure the surface to be rendered is clean, free from dust, loose materials, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
- Wetting the Wall:Thoroughly wet the surface for a few hours before application.
- Mix Preparation:Add 6-7 liters of water to 40 kg of CM 40P and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to React: Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then remix before use.
- Mixing: Mix the mortar using a machine or by hand for 5-10 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Application: Apply the first coat with a thickness not exceeding 12-15 mm. Ensure the lower coat is thicker than the upper coat.
- Second Coat: If applying a second coat, roughen the previous coat before it fully hardens to ensure better adhesion.
- Leveling: After the final coat, use appropriate tools to ensure proper leveling.
- Self-Curing: CM 40P is a self-curing plaster and does not require additional water curing.
- Health and Safety Precautions: This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous. It is recommended to use gloves, a dust mask, and goggles during application. In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
