Uses
- Protective sealing layer for sandwich running track systems
- Application over cast-in-situ cushion base layers made of SBR rubber granules mixed with polyurethane binder

Application
- Ensure the substrate is dry, clean, load-bearing, and free from dust, grease, paint, oils, and contaminants.
- Clean the surface using a vacuum cleaner and squeegee to remove dust and residues.
- Mix Component A and B thoroughly at 100:25 (by weight) for 2–3 minutes until a homogeneous blend is achieved.
- Apply using a flat metal trowel over the cushion base layer or prefabricated roll.
- Use the mixed material within 20–30 minutes at 25°C.
- Protect freshly applied material for the first few hours to avoid direct water contact and foaming.
- Recoat within 48 hours without primer if the surface is clean and dry.
- Coverage ranges from 1.3 – 2.5 kg/m², depending on substrate porosity.
