Application
Before applying Micro Seal 41 (PU), ensure that the surface is dry and free of dust. Depending on weather conditions and workspace ventilation, allow the microcement to dry for 24 to 48 hours before applying the polyurethane. The mixture can be applied using a spray gun or a short-hair roller. It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures ranging from 10°C to 30°C. Before applying the second coat, lightly sand the first layer with 400-grit sandpaper. Allow the first layer to dry for 8 hours, but no longer than 2 days, before applying the second coat. If applying over an old varnish, thoroughly sand the surface and remove any stains, grease, or dust. Test adhesion in a small, inconspicuous area before sealing the entire surface.
Storage condition
Store the product in its original, sealed packaging, protected from weather conditions at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct heat and sunlight. The shelf life is 1 year from the date of production if stored under proper conditions.
