Recommended Uses
PUSL-11 F is specifically designed for sports flooring applications, including tennis courts, basketball courts, handball courts, volleyball courts, and multipurpose sports halls. It is applied on prefabricated subfloors such as wet-pour rubber cushion mixes of SBR rubber granules and PU BINDER XP-14 after being sealed with PU Polyseal 0907.

Application GuidelinesSurface Preparation:
1.Ensure the surface is dry, free of rising humidity, and clear of materials that might prevent bonding (e.g., dust, loose particles, grease).
2.Thoroughly clean the surface using a vacuum cleaner and squeegees.
3.During application and curing, maintain the support surface and ambient air temperature above ten °C, with relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
Mixing Instructions:
1.Mix Components A and B (hardener) packed in separate containers in fixed-weight proportions using a low-revolution mixer (300-600 rpm) for 1-2 minutes.
2.Stir near the sides and bottom of the container to achieve uniform dispersion of the hardener.
3.Thoroughly stir the resin component before adding the hardener to incorporate any slight separation.
4.Continue stirring until a homogeneous mix is obtained. Use the mixed material within 20-30 minutes at 25°C.
Application:
1.Pour the polyurethane mixture onto the floor and spread using a V-notched trowel (5.5 mm).
2.Use a spiked roller to release any entrapped air and prevent bubble formation.
3.Apply the finishing paint PU RC WB 2K/1K in two layers the next day, depending on ambient temperature.
Consumption
2.0 – 2.2 kg/m² for one layer
Application Tools
V-Notched trowel (5.5 mm), spiked roller. Clean tools with PU SOLVENT immediately after use.
Storage
Store in unopened containers in dry places between 5°C and 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
