Advantages
RM 30 P is an environmentally friendly product, being water-based. It offers quick setting, good durability, and adhesion. The product enhances safety, is easy to repaint, and significantly reduces disposal costs due to its low VOC content. Additionally, it ensures easier and safer cleanup.
Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface is fully cured, clean, structurally sound, and dry. Remove all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease, and foreign matter using a jet of dry air. If there is any pre-existing line, it should be removed before applying RM 30 P. For new concrete roads, ensure the concrete is at least 28 days old. The substrate temperature should be between 10°C and 40°C, with humidity below 80%. There should be no standing water in the area of application. If sandblasting is not possible, mechanical grinding of the surface is acceptable. Saw cut the area to be repaired in a geometrical shape.
Material Preparation
Stir RM 30 P thoroughly to ensure uniformity.
Application of Material
Mark reference lines on the surface using nylon rope and chalk prior to application. Apply RM 30 P within the reference lines using an airless spray, roller, or brush. For airless spray application, ensure nozzle pressure is between 1800 and 2200 psi, with an orifice size ranging between 10 thou to 23 thou. Ensure the finish lines are uniform and free from streaks. Take appropriate safety measures to ensure smooth progress of the work.
Health & Safety
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and avoid swallowing the product. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapors. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection. In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and water. Do not use solvents to clean the contacted area. If the product comes into contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
Packing
Available in 20 L packs, with required glass beads in a separate pack available upon request.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in airtight containers, under a shed, and away from heat sources.
Shelf Life
12 months in original, unopened, sealed condition.
