Application Methodology
New concrete needs 28 days of curing for epoxy adhesives and 3 days for slurry bond coats. Mechanically prepare the surface to a 3 mm profile, prime with CLI Cretebond or AT 107/N 18 Primer, and saw-cut edges 6 mm deeper. Treat exposed rebar with Prime Zn 40 and mix CLI MC 100 with aggregate for deep repairs. Place and finish immediately without adding water. Cure with a compound or wet cure for at least 3 days.
