Combined with detergents and degreasers, this accelerates surface wear while creating slippery conditions that increase the risk of employee accidents. Elastomeric Waterproofing & Anti-Slip PU Floor System
A high-performance flooring solution combining ultra-fast curing waterproofing technology with chemically resistant anti-slip polyurethane finishes. This system protects the structural slab from water ingress while maintaining exceptional safety and durability in demanding wash bay environments.
Application of 105 HY Polyurea directly over the prepared structural slab to create a seamless, highly flexible waterproof membrane. This layer prevents water penetration and protects the substrate from long-term moisture damage.
While the polyurethane layer remains wet, carefully graded quartz sand is broadcast across the surface. This creates a durable textured profile that significantly improves traction under wet conditions.
A final PU topcoat is applied to encapsulate the anti-slip aggregate and provide superior resistance against cleaning chemicals, oils, detergents, and daily operational wear.
