SHUTTERING OIL / CONCRETE FORM RELEASE AGENT
SO 42 is shuttering oil / concrete form release agent that provides quick, easy and clean release of concrete from forms. It provides a smooth, flat surface, free of voids and defects. It will not transfer from forms and it leaves concrete surfaces unstained, ready for re-use almost instantly.

APPLICATION METHODOLOGY
• Remove dust, flakes, or other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or with wire brush to ensure removal of loose rust particles.
• Stir the container well for removal of settlement, if any.
• Use CLI SO 42 directly from container.
• Use ShaliSlip directly from container.

Coverage
1 Ltr will cover approximately 20 to 36 m2 of forms depending upon application method and substrate.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Use goggles and hand gloves during application.
• Clean hands with warm soap water after application.
• Avoid contact with skin / eyes. In case of unlikely contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and lukewarm water and seek medical advice. Do not use solvent to clean the contacted area.
• Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapours as some people are sensitive to resins, hardeners and solvents.
• If swallowed seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
PACKING
Available in 20 L and 200 L drum.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store in a cool dry place under shed away from heat.The product shelf life is12 months in original unopened sealed condition.
