The product is easy to install and has low VOC content, making it a safer choice for both installers and the environment. Once cured, Granuseal 30 creates an impermeable barrier that effectively protects the surface from moisture, stains, and wear.

Mechanically prepare the surface to achieve an International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) concrete surface profile (CSP) #2. Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned of substances that could affect the bond, including dirt, paint, tar, asphalt, wax, oil, grease, latex compounds, form release agents, laitance, loose toppings, and any other foreign substances or residues.

Before beginning the application, read all installation instructions thoroughly. After mixing, immediately spread the material on the prepared surface to maximize working time. Avoid leaving the material in the pail for extended periods. Apply Granuseal 30 neat, using a notched squeegee to spread the material evenly. Immediately back-roll the material with a lint-free roller to achieve the desired uniform final film thickness. Allow the sealer to cure fully before opening the area to traffic.
